For methods that take a typed code: telegram_otp, and mts_id once its SIM-push has fallen back to SMS-OTP. reverse_flash_call auto-verifies and needs no code. For mts_id the code is relayed to the operator and the result arrives asynchronously, so the response status stays 'sent' — poll GET /v1/verify/{request_id} for the outcome.
